Sophie's Story
Background
Sophie graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2024. Her journey in massage therapy stemmed from her love of helping people feel reconnected to their bodies. Being able to help someone rediscover their physical well-being and ease their discomfort is a powerful motivator for her. This work aligns with her personal values of compassion, mindfulness, healing and continuous learning.
Treatment Style
Sophie brings a strong background in dance to her practice, which informs her understanding of movement, recovery, and how the body adapts to stress and activity. She works collaboratively with clients, responding to their needs and developing treatment plans that align with their goals—whether that is reducing pain, improving mobility, supporting recovery, or creating a greater sense of ease in the body.

Her approach is attentive and adaptable, with a focus on helping clients feel supported throughout the treatment process. Sophie has a special interest in prenatal and postnatal care, and continues to develop her skills in this area.
Personal
Outside of her practice, Sophie has a strong connection to movement through dance and martial arts. Over the past few years, she has been competing in salsa internationally, with events in Europe, the United States, and Puerto Rico. This ongoing engagement with movement continues to inform her understanding of the body, recovery, and performance.
She also enjoys rock climbing, Aikido, and spending time in nature, including ocean swims whenever possible.
