The health and well being of our clients and staff are always the top priority at Stromma Massage Therapy. This plan was updated on January 11th, 2022 with guidance from BC Public Health and WorkSafe BC.

PRINCIPLES
These guidelines are consistent with guidance provided by BC's Provincial Health Officer, BC's Centre for Disease Control, and WorkSafeBC.
Clients and RMT’s must be asymptomatic to enter the clinic.
Anyone with symptoms should be reschedule their appointment and follow the BCCDC guidelines.
Physical distancing (except for treatment), hand hygiene, avoidance of face touching, and frequent cleaning of all contact surfaces will be employed as protective measures.
Your therapist will be masked at all times;
We recommend you wear a mask.
WHAT TO EXPECT
In addition to our regular cleaning, we will be disinfecting common touch points (eg. POS system, door handles) between clients;
Receipts will be available by email only.
UPON ARRIVAL
Please arrive at your appointment time and, if possible, alone;
Our sink is available for you to wash your hands;
Hand sanitizer is available in our waiting area and treatment rooms for your convenience.
