JOHN MCPHEE

RMT

John brings over 11 years of experience and passion to his practice as an RMT. He integrates patient education, self-care, and remedial exercises into his treatments to assist in healing and injury prevention. When not at work, he spends his free time laughing, singing, wrestling and playing with his children.

TAYSHA BASARABA

RMT

Taysha enjoys working with people to regain their optimal health while teaching the importance of self care. In 2015 she completed her 250hr YTT and often draws on this training when prescribing homecare to clients. In her spare time she enjoys practicing yoga, travelling and spending time outdoors.

VANORA MILLAR

RMT

Vanora has 20 years experience as an RMT and 7 years teaching at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Her continuing education has focused on neuroscience and biomechanics of pain. Her relaxed nature and experience contribute to successful outcomes. Vanora enjoys singing and visits the Yukon to camp, fish, hike and ski.

JULIE AUBIN

Julie is grateful to be practicing therapeutic touch as an integral part of a holistic approach to healthcare. She is dedicated to connecting with our elderly population - an under-served demographic. Outside of work, Julie enjoys fine cuisine, long brisk beach walks, and riding her motorcycle.

LISA JAMES

Lisa has a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and is a trained Manual Osteopath. Her foundation is the symmetry, simplicity, and depth of healing inherent in the laws of nature; our bodies are incredibly wise and the best outcomes are achieved when we support this innate knowledge.

COLLEEN JOHNSON

RMT | Owner

Colleen (she/her) has built her practice on an evidence-based clinical approach. Her professional interest is in the effects of massage on the nervous system and mental health. She has lived in Victoria for 2 years and is thrilled to make Vancouver Island her home for work and play.
